In this intention-setting space, we’re tuning in—not tuning out. Through breathwork, grounding exercises, sound healing, and mindfulness, we’ll explore how our bodies carry stress—and how we can gently invite regulation back in. Discover accessible tools to calm the nervous system, honor emotional waves, and reconnect with your whole self. It’s time to soothe your mind, body, and spirit.

July 26th : ✨For the Little One Within: An Inner Child Intention Setting Workshop✨

In this reflective and restorative space, we’re turning toward the child we once were—and still carry within. Together, we’ll explore how our upbringing shaped our emotional needs, inner voice, and ways of relating to the world. Through discussion, journaling, and play, we’ll honor the past by making intentional choices in the present.

Expect meaningful dialogue, creative release, and moments of joy as we color, finger paint, craft, and decompress—giving our inner child the freedom they may have missed.
